In February 2010, PCG created a partnership with the ownership of U.S. Shredding called CSS Partners, LLC for the specific purpose of creating a new exciting business. PCG carved out a commercial storage revenue division of U.S. Shredding and purchased 50% managing interest in the division to create Commercial Storage Specialists. Commercial Storage Specialists (CSS) is a fully integrated provider of storage and logistics services to commercial clients.

Fund dedicated to building a network of veterinary hospitals in select states across the U.S. Focused on providing quality pet healthcare to patients and outstanding service to pet owners. Provides exit strategy for owners wishing to diversify asset base or transition to retirement. Permits doctors of veterinary medicine to continue practicing without the financial burdens of ownership and provides the practice with a sustainable, long-term growth plan. Focused on acquiring high-quality practices that meet certain criteria, including minimum volume of sale, number of doctors of veterinary medicine (DVM) on staff, scope of services offered, and the clinic’s regulatory environment.
Pisces Capital Group expects Blue River to be a long-term industry build-up, with a likely exit to a middle-market focused financial sponsor, a strategic buyer, or an initial public offering.
ComCapp Willowick, LLC

Multi-family real estate investment partnership formed to acquire and redevelop the 320 unit Willowick Apartments in College Station, Texas. Acquisition financing provides adequate capital to upgrade assets at a steep discount to total replacement costs, allowing management to raise lease rates and improve occupancy. Returns are generated through preferred stock distributions and asset appreciation. Pisces Capital Group expects to hold ComCapp Willowick for a minimum of 3 years, with an exit through a sale of the property to a financial buyer, REIT, private investor, or other strategic acquirer. Returns might also be driven through a refinancing transaction during the holding period.

Market Square Capital is a private investment firm that makes long-term investments in private companies with revenue between $10 and $50 million. Pisces Capital Group has joined Market Square Capital in the firms’ latest financing round to direct a search for the acquisition of a private company in a select group of compelling industries. Together, PCG and Market Square Capital represent a unique partnership of talented individuals with deep resources and complementary skills. We believe Market Square Capital will continue to be a critical point of value in the Pisces funds for years to come.
